Beginer Film maker where do i start?

Okay well i will post my scripts up when i have edited them again. Here is the idea i have for the script i am writing at the moment.
It is the story of a young girl/boy who is told from a young age that they must follow what there parents do. (Bussness people) They rebel against there parents and land themselves in alot of trouble. (family abuse, suicide, drugs etc.) latter they find one interest that can get her away from everything that is going on in her life. This is introduced to them by a friend. (Horse ridding).
Okay so thats my idea. Oh and i treat every oppinion i get as another persons oppinon on it. I know not everyone will like my ideas so i don't care what you say about.
